This Old Hag needs to be stopped!!!She is so quick to take your money without asking you if you as a person can properly take care of the animal, that's a red flag!

Having a license from the USDA does not mean anything! She Photoshopped her AKC Inspection Certificate, and Stole it from Google!!! Search Kathrine Peaker in Google Images, and you will see! The dates do not even match up to their fradulent home page!

It states October 11, 2012, and the Certificate states otherwise! Anyone can obtain a license if you breed four or more dogs! She is a liar! Kathleen Monks is a Commercial Breeder which in turn is a Puppy Mill!!!!

She needs to sued, and should not be in business! When you spend nearly $2,000.00 or even a little over $1,000.00 for a puppy it should have zero health problems and should be properly socialized! This breeder operates another website called underhillkennels.com There is no way in *** You can have Scottish Terriers, Chinese Crested, Bouvier Des Flandres, Shih Tzu, Saint Benard, Bichon Frise, Daschunds, Brussels Griffons, Toy Poodles, English Mastiffs, and are able to care for them all!!!!! I would advise anyone who purchased from her recently to get your money back through paypal!

She is supposed to honor that contract that you signed! She over breeds her dogs! She does not show you any of the females because she over breeds them and in turn kills them because they can no longer be bred! She never have any videos of the parents, and is so clueless about basic knowledge of the breeds!

Hundreds of thousands of puppies are raised each year in commercial kennels.Puppy mills are distinguished by their inhumane conditions and the constant breeding of unhealthy and genetically defective dogs solely for profit.

This Old Hag Kathleen Monks must be stopped! She constantly over breeds her dogs!

Monksberry Farm and Kennels will lie and state that their facilities been inspected by a so called licensed Veterinarian, AKC, and USDA.These people strictly do not handle their puppies at all only when taking pictures and making videos to make it look like they do on their fraudulent website.

I received a puppy that was not socialized at all. You could tell he had been confined in a cage with very little human interaction! Puppies are not supposed to be skittish or shy! A well socialized puppy should adjust swiftly into his new surroundings with no problems!

I noticed that they also always have puppies readily available that's a red flag a RESPONSIBLE breeder only have one to two litters per year and usually have you on a waiting list like one reviewer mentioned. I was told lies and their website does not look professional at all compared to other Professional breeders. Having a certificate stating AKC inspection of Kennel excellence and USDA Inspection do not mean anything people! The USDA does a horrible job when inspecting Commercial Breeders, know your facts.

Do not buy from these people they basically sugar coat everything with the pictures on their fake website! They are truly a puppy mill in disguise! They also sell SEVERAL other breeds. Do not buy a puppy from them at all the puppy.

I received had a horrible ear crop job! I firmly believe they cropped the ears of those poor puppies themselves, not by a LICENSED VET! I could not even Google search the address, or number of the veterinarian used to crop the puppy ears! I am just so upset!

They are not responsible breeders! They need their licensed to run a kennel revoked! Only buy from responsible breeders of merit!

I did everything right, I asked tons of questions about their facilities, and etc.THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!

Had an Experience with Puppyfind?
